MVRH Law’s Construction Law practice involves the representation of architects, engineers of all disciplines, surveyors, inspectors, construction managers, owner’s representatives, consultants, owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in all types of construction litigation matters. Through its direct representation of its clients, MVRH also provides legal counseling, contract review/preparation services and risk management advice, focusing on proactive strategies to limit its clients’ liability exposure and provide contractual and practical protection measures designed to prevent claims or minimize our clients’ exposure in the event claims are asserted.
In addition to their decades of combined litigation experience in handling all types of construction-related matters, the attorneys at MVRH also bring years of practical experience from working in the architectural profession and construction industry before becoming attorneys. For example, in addition to being an attorney, Mr. Masini is also a former licensed architect. After graduating with a degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, but before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Masini worked for five years as a Project Architect and Technical Specification Writer for a large Chicago architectural firm on a variety of commercial and institutional construction projects. The lawyers at MVRH have handled all types of cases in various jurisdictions at the trial court, appellate court, state Supreme Court and federal court level. It is our combination of both legal and practical experience which we believe sets us apart from other law firms and has allowed us to not only maintain longstanding relationships with existing clients, but to also establish and develop relationships with new clients.
The attorneys at MVRH have handled some of the largest, most complex and highest profile cases in Illinois and other jurisdictions.
